You can exchange it for another. I've had mine for years, this is the first I've heard of it working once. Some people think it is rechargeable but its NOT cordless.

Overall, very satisfied and does the job! I wish the wire was longer, but that would be my only con. It cured my gelpolish in 30 seconds. Easy to use, lightweight, small and cute. Perfect for home manicures. Was delivered on time, within a week of order and came with some glitter too! :)
